Order cancellations:
Once you place an order you will get a confirmation email. When the product goes into making, you will receive another email. Once the email is sent that your order has been started, there are no cancellations under any conditions.
Website errors:
MadSwell does its best to help customers with any issues. If there are any suspected errors on our website, anyone can reach out to us via email.
Behavior:
MadSwell does not under any circumstances permit unlawful behavior, hate speech, or bullying.
Disable user accounts:
If any forbidden behavior is suspected, users accounts will be banned.
Return and Refund Policy
MadSwell return policy
As all of our products are handmade we do not except returns in any state. However, if a costumer were to have any problems with a bag or product, they can reach out to MadSwell via email and we will do our best to fix it.
